Our site uses a user reward points program. If you have never made a purchase here before, no problem. Make your purchase like you normally would, and your reward points will be logged via the email account you use. Here’s what you need to know: Our system hashes a password for you, and stores it. Some users will stay logged in, and others wont. It depends upon your browser, how you flush your site cookies, etc.

This is all done for your security. It’s hard to explain, but basically it’s about keeping your credit card data and personal information secure.

Password Reset

When you return to redeem your points, you’ll see the “login” at the top of our menu bar. “But Dayle, I don’t know my password. I don’t remember setting one.” That’s because you didn’t. You’ll want to head over here to the password reset. Does this seem like an extra step? Yes. But there’s a reason: We don’t want to allow you to initiate your credit card information and password at the same time. Some people (not all people) don’t use different passwords for every website they go to. We take this extra precaution because your online security is the highest priority.

User Points and exemptions

Our most commonly asked question is this: “Why aren’t my points showing up? I made a purchase.” Many of you use coupon codes. If you used a coupon code during your purchase, your points will not be added. We do this because it would effectively be a double discount. You can do points, or a coupon, but not both.
