Goddess of Skin returns and exchanges
We do our very best to ensure you’re happy. That’s why our return and exchange policy is simple: Only unused bottles can be returned. And the Travel Kit is not returnable.
That’s firm. Plus, our products are amazing. We want you to get them, try them, and love them.
Return terms – they’re pretty easy to understand.
We’ll accept your return or exchange if you have not opened it. If it’s defective for some reason, damaged, or if you used a significant portion of the bottle, or you damaged it, we’re going to use our best judgement to determine an exchange. When in doubt, we tend to err on the side of giving you store credit for a new item, rather than a full cash refund.
You choose: refund or in-store credit
If you think you’ll buy something else, we’ll offer a store credit. Remember that first and foremost, we want you to be happy.
If you need to return the product, simply mail it back. Once we have received it, we will issue you $10 to cover your return costs. (If you’re an international buyer, we unfortunately cannot refund your return shipping costs.)

The Goddess Customer Rewards Points Program is our way of saying “Thank You” to you, our valued customers. By becoming a registered user on Goddess of Skin website, you are automatically enrolled in this money saving program. Members earn points on every purchase that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Best of all, earning points is easy.
Earn 1 point for every 10 dollars you spend on products in our store!
You can redeem your points at a rate of 1 point equalling to 10 dollars (USD). So if you spend $100 on merchandise in our store, you will get 10 points equal to $10 off your next order! This equates to a savings of 10% on each order which can be applied as a discount on a future order.
How to Earn Points
First you need to open an account with us. If you don’t already have an account you can open one here. In order to earn reward points you need to be logged into your account when making purchases. Then, for every full $10.00 in product purchases you will automatically earn 1 point.
Points will be credited once your payment has been approved. After that your points will become active for loyalty rewards and you are eligible to redeem your points. To check your points just log into your account where you can see the point accumulation and the history of orders. The page will also reflect points that have been removed from your account for reasons such as product refunds and point redemption.
Points cannot be applied for discounted items or sale items.
Points are earned for online orders only and cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have been placed before 10/20/2015.
